TTEC (formerly TeleTech Holdings) is a business process outsourcing company headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, United States which was founded by Kenneth D. Tuchman in 1982. As of early 2017, TeleTech had 48,000 employees, operating in 19 countries.

The company was founded in 1982 by Ken Tuchman, who is the company's chairman and CEO. In 1986, the company moved to Sherman Oaks, California.
By 1995, it had added call centers in other states. In 1996 it completed its IPO.
In 2010, acquired an 80 percent stake in the management consulting firm Peppers & Rogers Group.
In 2018, TeleTech announces name change to TTEC.
